When shipped, you receive by email your tracking number.
If your country is not on our set countries list, you may send us order by email and we will send you a confirmation response that will include shipping costs for your approval.
Any additional shipping cost for uncollected packages or undelivered due to customer or recipient's error returned to our office, will be automatically charged to customer's credit card.
CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties or taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The required form with the description and value of the shipped items will accompany every package.
Every country is different, and each international order presents its own challenges. We look at each individual order to determine if a content declaration is necessary to insure custom’s compliance. It's the customer's responsability to verify your country's import restrictions necessary documents and duty rates prior to placing an order. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes if incurred.
